Kelsea is the best. I love her attention to safety in poses, anatomy, Sanskrit, history, meditations, sustainability in the practice - I recommend Limitless!
Best YTT in town...Kelsea is a Goddess. You will learn so much, enhance your own personal practice, and complete YTT with all of the tools and skill set you need to teach.
Do it! Don’t hold back! It was such a great learning experience. Life is better when lived through the yoga lens!
I would absolutely recommend it! It was a great experience and I feel confident in my ability to teach yoga. Every weekend was clearly defined, the gradual teaching length helped make it less intimidating. It was easy to gain confidence with the support of the classmates and the support of the teacher.
100% do it. It’s the best one in town and Kelsea is very knowledgeable and worthy to train us. The focus on anatomy, class structuring, and physical benefits and positives of yoga was just what I wanted and what we need more of in our teachers.
Do It!!! Even if you don't plan on teaching, do it for yourself.
I would say that the teaching is amazing, and you will learn a lot of valuable information. The environment is encouraging and friendly, it will be a life changing experience in so many ways
