Meet Kelsea....
I have always loved pursuing a challenge, which is why I avoided yoga for so long. I wrongly assumed it was something that was easy. I was happy to be proven wrong after a friend pushed me into a studio, and I left exhausted and exhilarated. After letting yoga change me in so many ways for the better, including fixing my back pain, I knew I wanted to help others see the good it could do in their own lives.
I have a Masters in Education and am currently one of only three 1000-hour Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialists in the world. I am also a Lululemon Ambassador, Continuing Education Provider through Yoga Alliance (YACEP), lead trainer for our 200-Hour Registered Yoga School, and have accumulated over 8500 teaching hours of yoga to all ages.
I believe that yoga is accepting where you are, striving to be better than you are, and knowing it is an ongoing journey you will never finish. This is how I came up with the name Limitless Yoga. It reminds me that no matter how advanced you may become, there is always something more to strive towards.

Meet Stephanie….
I began yoga as yet another workout challenge. The increased strength and mobility I gained were immediately helpful in my workday ergonomics. With time, the energy of the physical practice gave way to an increased spiritual and mental focus that has helped me cultivate a calm environment for the patients and staff of my dental practice. I have completed two 200 hour teacher trainings both with the Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies and Yoga Works. Additionally I have attended courses with others such as Doug Keller, Noah Maze and Ray Long. I enjoy teaching and helping others find strength and awareness in their own bodies and minds.

Meet Madison......
I'm a photographer and yoga teacher with a slight obsession for cats. I've been teaching yoga for 2 years. I'm just in LOVE with heated yoga flows. Yoga means self love, mindfulness and strength for me. About 3 years ago I walked into the heated room and was totally terrified. Now, I can't go a day without yoga! It's a wonderful accepting community that I am so proud to be a part of. I can't wait to see you at a class!

Meet Mary……
About 9 years ago a good friend and coworker invited me to a yoga class; I was apprehensive and unsure what yoga was.  I enjoyed it and my yoga journey began.  I had a stressful career, worked lots of hours and struggled to balance work and family.  Breathwork has been so beneficial to daily living, tapping into my nervous system, improved my daily living and sleep.  Yoga has refined my focus and facilitated being mindful, present in every moment, cultivating gratitude.  I fell in love with yoga and all of the positivity it brings to daily living.  I join Limitless with 400+ education hours and the passion to share my yoga practice with others.  Yogi’s are in all walks of life, there are no limits to what we can accomplish

Meet Donielle….
I discovered yoga in 2016 in 2016 when a colleague brought the practice to my agency as a wellness tool. In 2017 Kelsea sponsored an event and I discovered Limitless Studio. I attended classes intermittently for the next several years. During that time I formed great friendships within the Limitless community. I fully committed to my yoga practice June of 2020. Since then, I’ve attended at least one yoga a class week, completed my yoga teacher training, went to Belize for a yoga retreat, and discovered a passion for the ancient practice. Yoga will forever be a part of my life. I’m grateful for my colleague, Kelsea, and The Limitless Community for helping me discover my passion for Yoga!

Meet Jaycie…….
I originally started yoga to supplement my karate training. I enjoyed doing it and loved the results, but I wasn’t really committed to the “yoga” lifestyle, or have any idea what that even was. I was practicing inconsistently, and then I saw Kelsea’s YTT program and knew I wanted to participate to expand my practice. Going through YTT transformed my mindset, and showed me how beautiful yoga was when incorporated into my life as a whole. I use yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a mental one. Yoga has allowed me to grow my creativity through developing classes and flowing in my own personal practice as well. I’m grateful for this never-ending journey of knowledge and self-discovery, and hope my class can be a safe and welcoming environment for everyone!

Meet Krystie..….
I fell in love with yoga over 10 years ago. My practice would come and go, with little growth and connection to mind, body and soul. More recently, I felt a deep desire to connect to the INNATE and live more intentionally. Thru years of personal growth and searching for my purpose to serve others, I took my YTT in 2019. I believe yoga is where everything comes alive, and has a beautiful way of meeting everyone’s needs. Yoga has taught me to embrace the struggles, while keeping in mind, that the journey is the pursuit.

Meet Janelle…..
I had never really practiced yoga until my brother’s friend opened up Limitless. I committed to a week and discovered that I needed yoga (and Kelsea) in my life on a consistent basis. After a short time I could see that yoga was making positive changes in my life both physically and mentally. When I learned of an upcoming Yoga Teacher Training, I wasn’t entirely sure I wanted to teach yoga-I loved my own practice so much. But I knew that Kelsea is an incredibly talented teacher and I thought maybe I can use some of that knowledge with my family who have a history of back pain. It brings me such joy to share the effects of yoga with people! I love that in finding the best version of me, I can help you find the best version of you.

Meet Jennifer……….
I discovered yoga 19 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child and was experiencing a lot of back pain. It was life changing. I learned that yoga could also help relieve my tension headaches, support me through cancer, allow me time to focus on me, and a way to give back. After retiring from the Army Reserve in 2023, I felt that I no longer had a purpose and was missing a part of myself. That is when I learned about Kelsea's YTT and I applied immediately. After completing my 200hr YTT, I continued my education through yin, trauma informed/sensitive and veteran centric yoga courses. I have found a community and purpose in sharing yoga. I believe yoga is for every body and strive to create an inclusive environment in my offerings.

Meet Devin……
I found my passion for fitness when I competed in athletics in college as a member of the Wichita State University rowing team and cheerleading squad. During my time as a WSU athlete, I worked with a personal trainer who helped me develop as an athlete and taught me the value of utilizing a trainer to improve my athletic performance and overall well-being. I decided I wanted to have that positive impact on others and received my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. I'm proud to be a personal trainer, as well as a group fitness instructor for almost a decade now.

Meet Allie……
I have always been fond of practicing yoga, but never seemed to find my right fit in a studio that kept me wanting to consistently come back for more. Having a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, I have an understanding, education and appreciation for the human body and the way we choose to move it. Although I know I am strong in the sense that I can pick up or carry heavy things, the strength involved, physically and mentally, in yoga was something completely new and refreshing. It was a challenge that came to me at the right time as we were all learning a new “normal”, and as many of us (myself included) were overcoming our own personal mental hurdles. I truly believe practicing yoga has helped improve both my physical and mental health, my patience, and my love and gratitude for myself and others. I hope to share this love of transformative practice in my classes through movements of functionality, mobility and strengthening to create sustainability for daily life, and helping you create your best you!

Meet Whitney….
Over 15 years ago, I stumbled upon a free yoga class in Boulder, Colorado and sobbed through savasana. Yoga became the exact thing that I needed at that exact time of my life, and it has continued to keep me grounded since that first class. At times in my life when I cannot settle, yoga encourages me to be still and present; the breathing and focus work I have fostered in yoga have helped me countless times off the mat. From two master's degrees in education, to parenting, to running marathons, yoga has played an integral role in each of my successes. I pursued a YTT 200 hour program in 2016 with the goal of combining my love for yoga with my passion for teaching. I also completed additional training in yin yoga, yoga for runners, and prenatal yoga. My goal in every class I teach is to make yoga accessible, challenging, and enjoyable. I like to balance working hard and settling into moments of uncomfortable stillness.

Meet Jackie….
Lifelong challenge, workout, and serenity were all the needs I was looking to fulfill and I found them all in yoga! Four years ago I thought, "I will give yoga a try," and now I am in LOVE with yoga; the community, and mostly the people I have met. I am excited to be part of the Limitless family. I come to the studio with 600+ education hours and eager to learn and share my yoga practice. No one can achieve greatness for you but you. It is my hope that I can share with you gifts of yoga to help anyone achieve their goals and greatness.

Meet Maddie……
I have found so much joy in my yoga practice over the years and I am grateful for the opportunity to share that with others as a teacher. I am passionate about mental and physical wellness and yoga provides a space to work towards becoming the best version of ourselves on and off the mat. I have a bachelors degree in Biochemistry and I am endlessly curious to learn as much as I can. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I got more serious about my practice in 2021 and I knew I eventually wanted to start teaching. Like many others, I started doing yoga for the physical side of it, but have come to realize it is about so much more. I completed my 200 hour training with Kelsea at the beginning of 2024 and I am so glad to be part of the Limitless community!

Meet Ginny.... I’ve been developing my yoga practice for just about a year now. I took my first class and fell in love with how yoga made me feel—grounded and settled. That’s quite a feat for this full-time working, taking care of everyone but me, grandmother! Once I got started, it seemed right to begin teaching as a way to deepen my own yoga practice. As I’ve gotten older, I of course, noticed changes to my body and yoga helps me build strength, and balance as well as unconditional acceptance of me; where I am right now as I grow in my yoga practice. I love sharing the physical practice, mental focus and connecting with my students—no matter what their age or season of life. If I can do it, you can.“I was looking for someone to inspire me, motivate me, support me, keep me focused… Someone who would love me, cherish me, make me happy, and I realized all along that I was looking for myself.” –Unknown
