Class Descriptions
This class list is in order from beginner to more advanced. We never want you to feel overwhelmed or frustrated, so we advise beginners to always start with easier classes and work through the options to find what works best for their body and their goals.
Chair Yoga - Studio 2 -45 minutes
This unheated class will focus on functional movements to help build strength and flexibility for those who do not want to get up and down off the floor. The poses and breathwork will all be based out of a chair. This is the perfect opportunity for beginners.
Yin Yoga - Studio 2 - 60 minutes
This floor based class is a slower paced, unheated hour that focuses on stretching to target the deep tissues of the body, ligaments, connective tissues, and fascia.
Using provided props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps, you will comfortably hold stretches for longer periods of time, allowing the body to sink deeper into the pose resulting in greater flexibility.
Foundations of Yoga - Studio 2 - 60 minutes
This unheated class will focus on the foundations of yoga, strengthening and lengthening those common problem areas. Learn to connect your movement with your breath as you transition between the primary poses of yoga. This is the perfect opportunity for beginners, or yogis who want to review the basics.
Yoga For Runners- Studio 2 - 60 minutes
This unheated class is designed for runners looking to improve performance, prevent injury, and speed up recovery. Combining targeted stretching, mobility work, and breath control, each session focuses on areas of the body most affected by running. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance mental focus, all while learning techniques to support your running routine. Whether you're training for a race or just want to stay limber and strong, this class will keep you balanced and injury-free. All levels welcome.
Hot Slow Flow - Studio 1 - 60 minutes
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants a review. Learn the building blocks of poses, including alignment points and safe transitions. Begin to build both flexibility and strength while learning about the benefits of yoga. This class is heated to 85 degrees and is held in Studio 1.
Hot Express - Studio 1 - 45 minutes
This 45 minute class is a chance to get in, get out, and get on with your day, with all the benefits of our regular hot yoga sessions . The studio will be heated to 85 degrees to allow muscles to warm up and stretch as we flow through poses. All levels of students are welcome!
Hot Yoga - Studio 1 - 60 minutes
These athletic classes are held in our larger heated Studio 1. The room will be kept around 85 degrees to help warm up the muscles and encourage a deeper stretch, while still remaining safe in the body. Yogis will flow through poses connecting their breath with the movements. Classes include movements that both strengthen and lengthen muscles, as well as breathwork and awareness techniques. Options will be given throughout the class if you wish to challenge yourself, but are not expected. This class is for everyone!
Yoga Conditioning-Studio 2- 45 minutes
This strength-focused class is designed to support and enhance your yoga practice. Using resistance bands, you'll build the strength, control, and mobility needed for more advanced yoga postures as well as balancing overall strength throughout the body. Expect targeted exercises that develop core stability, shoulder and hip strength, and joint control—all essential for progressing safely and confidently in your yoga journey. Movements are low-impact and accessible, yet challenging, making this class suitable for all levels looking to deepen their physical foundation for yoga.
