This workshop is designed for individuals seeking practical tools to manage stress. It blends physical movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, and myofascial release to help participants cultivate wellness through resilience and relaxation. No yoga experience is necessary. If you are dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout, then you will greatly benefit from this class.
This workshop is led by Kelsea Wright, Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and owner of Limitless Yoga Studio, with over 8,500 hours of teaching experience and a Masters in Education. Kelsea will explain how stress affects the body and the science behind using yoga as a stress management tool. Make sure to bring note-taking materials; you will leave with techniques that you can immediately apply throughout your day to help calm the body and mind.
This workshop is worth 2 contact hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance.
