Come experience deep levels of relaxation and peace while listening to the sounds of singing bowls and chimes being played live in the studio. Hailey will be focused on the solar plexus chakra to help strengthen your inner fire. Students are guided through an hour-long restorative yoga practice while the resonating tones of the instruments calm the body and allow it to reset and rejuvenate. Emerge feeling centered, powerful and radiant from withing. No yoga experience necessary, come get the rest and relaxation your body needs!

Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event, afterwards they are transferable to another student or ask the studio if there is a waiting list.
